GENERAL TERMS
- Please, write in a coherent and respectful manner when messaging- Communicate as often until commission is complete!
Provide clear references- Have references and materials ready before commissioning me
If any inappropriate, distasteful, or disrespectful comments occurs, the commission will be cancelled- I, the artist, have the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason- If a commission is requested that has a deadline that is before my stated date, fees may apply.
PAYMENT
- All commissions are to be paid upfront in full!
- The only currency accepted is USD
- Payment can be made via, Venmo, Chime, and CashApp!
PROCESS
- Once commission is accepted, clients are to provide the necessary materials that are to be used for the commission- Provide clear references images that include but are not limited to: Color Pallet, one full body reference, reference of any necessary accessories to said character if important!- Work will be started once payment has been received! I, the artists, will confirm to client that payment has been received before commission is started!- Commissions should take up to three weeks unless stated otherwise
I, the artist, will keep in contact with client throughout the entirety of the process- Client is allowed up to three changes until they start being charged! Charges are $10 with every change made- Correct me during sketch phase- Client will be sent a High Resolution PNG of their commission via Dropbox and/or email once the client has confirmed satisfaction
Refunds WILL NOT BE accepted, unless discussed with me, the artist- If I, the artist, am unable to complete the commission you will be refunded in full!
COPYRIGHT/ USAGE POLICY
- All commissions completed are allowed to be used by me, the artist:
Promoting myself
Display it anywhere I please
Post it wherever I want/ on any platform I use- Clients are equally allowed to use their commissioned piece:
Use for personal use only
Print artwork, claimed rights to their character(s) but not artwork itself
Share artwork to social medias [I, the artist, must be tagged in all posts]
Art is allowed of usage to promote, unless stated otherwise [I, the artist, must be tagged properly]
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
- Removing Watermarks/ Signature’s- Altering Artwork without my, the artists, consent- Using it for profit/commercial reasons- Taking credit for artwork
